Delivery, Collections & Returns
The standard process for delivery is that your wine will be delivered monthly to your rugby club with the next club order. The deadline for ordering to be included in the next delivery will be shown on the club’s section on this website. Subscription orders will always therefore be included automatically.
We don’t want you to be caught short without any of our wines so we will hold a stock of wine which you can buy from us at any time on our website and have delivered to you directly. This will incur an additional delivery charge (dependent on quantity) and you must email us to organise delivery. You can also pick up your wine from us if you are nearby. Please email the office to arrange this with the team.
We have a no quibble returns policy for unopened wine. If you are not happy with your wine for any legitimate reason (e.g. damaged in transit, taste, wrong wine) please contact us immediately by email and the team will attend to your needs. If a refund or replacement wine is required then this will be confirmed by the team by email and will be processed within 5 business days of receipt by us of the unopened wine. We will arrange for any unopened wine to be collected from you at our cost.
The Rugby Wine Club is a new concept
It is completely free to join The Rugby Wine Club and to start to enjoy our wines and help your rugby club. There is no obligation to buy wines and you benefit from access to additional tasting notes, offers and information.
